At Kiin, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to your original shipping mailer.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
